great variety prime location poor labeling unusual design
The breakfast offered a great variety of fruits. The location was perfect near shops and transport. I appreciated this very much. The hotel really shines due to its prime location.
The food labeling for gluten was poor and not always accurate. I found the food choice ok, yet not exciting. More attention could be given to this, undoubtedly. The sunbeds had an unusual design and were difficult to use.

Balanced stay near old town
great location portuguese tarts beautiful flowers late arrival uk television old equipment
this hotels location was great. it was near the cable car. breakfast had many choices with those little portuguese tarts. the flowers in the lobby was beautiful to see.
i arrived late because of wind, spent one night in lanzarote. the hotel did not offer a drink when i got there. the tv selection from the uk was poor. the gym equipment where old

superb breakfast helpful staff clean facilities
The breakfast fully met my expectations. The staff were helpful and professional. Buildings and facilities were well managed, maintained in very clean condition.
Provision of UK television was very poor.

adequate stay with notable downsides
inaccurate labeling unusual sunbeds
The location is definitely a plus. The hotel gardens lead directly onto the promenade and the hotel is central to many local amenities.
I booked a sea view room hoping for a pleasant experience. instead, i found there was only a shower over the bath (this made things difficult given my age). the sunbeds also have an unusual design. My wife struggled to use them comfortably. the food labeling for gluten was inaccurate, and the food choice was just ok, nothing exciting.
